This NEW 2-Day seminar is aimed at companies
that have already implemented data warehousing systems and who are trying to
integrate business intelligence (BI) produced from data warehouse analyses into
business operations for competitive advantage and more efficient business operations.
The seminar initially focuses on how to make this integration happen from a
technology perspective. It then switches to how to use these technologies to
leverage business intelligence so as to improve customer service, increase customer
value and improve marketing effectiveness on the one hand while optimising business
operations and reducing costs on the other.
It consists of two half-day modules on technology followed by two half-day modules on using business intelligence to maximum effect. This gives an even balance between technologies needed and business solutions.
