The best way to learn and
retain information is to use it immediately. This seminar is unique in that
it is built around a case study developed by the participants in small team
intensive workshops. Consequently, participants leave with a pattern that can
be used for accelerating their own projects. It approaches the topic of Process
Modeling and Process Analysis and Design from a completely business oriented
view. Technology is discussed as a support mechanism not the driving influence
for process change.
This course is the longest running seminar of its kind in the world and can be found on many continents and in a number of languages. It has been presented over 500 times to more than 10,000 professionals including most the major consulting firms.
