He joined the IT department in 1999 having worked in 3 different business departments supporting technology-based change. His successes have been founded on robust data modelling and business process modelling. He spearheaded the use of Oracle Spatial in TfL, and the implementation of centralised standards-driven Business Intelligence. He is now leading the introduction of an ECM services platform right across TfL.
