As a Head of Data Governance, she oversees all source systems of the Bank on Data principles and policies, manages the Data Quality Management Program, is involved in major projects of the Bank e.g. Basel2, Enterprise Data Gaps, B.I and Metadata, Group Collateral Management System, Core Banking Replacement, MIS projects and sits in various Project Steering Committees. She has more than 25 years of banking experience. She began her career in various positions and Branches in the operations frontline, and was a Trainer at Maybank Academy specializing in Banking Operations and Trade Finance. She was instrumental in setting-up the pioneer Support Centre of the Bank before proceeding to become the first Head of Group Customer Information where she spearheaded all integration projects across Maybank and Maybank subsidiaries to achieve a 360 degree single version of truth for customers, online realtime across the Maybank Group.

Brigadier Richard Nugee

Brigadier Richard Nugee was commissioned into the Royal Artillery in 1986. He completed four tours of Northern Ireland in the infantry role, before joining the Directorate of Manning (Army) responsible for Army Officer Policy in 1995. Since then he has served in Bosnia, Kosovo and Iraq, and with the UN in Cyprus. In 2008 he took over as Chief Joint Fires and Influence at HQ Allied Rapid Reaction Corps, initially in Afghanistan and latterly in Germany. He became Director of Manning (Army) in HQ Land Forces in March 2009. He is a Fellow of the Royal Geographical Society, has an MA in Military Affairs and is a Graduate of the City and Guilds Institute.
