Paul Fulton is VP of Data Governance at Visa Europe. He is responsible for setting and agreeing data policies and processes and day to day running of Visa Europe's data governance function. This covers data quality management, security, compliance, definitions and master data management in a BI context. He is responsible for ensuring trusted data in a warehouse containing over 20 billion records. Paul has worked in BI and data management for over 10 years, with a range of high data volume businesses in a consultant and end user capacity. He started work with Accenture within their customer data management practice assisting retail and telecomunication clients in BI and CRM transformation programmes before moving to Yell Group as their Enterprise BI and Data Architect. Paul holds a masters degree in Engineering from Cambridge University.

Rob Karel is a leading expert in how companies manage data and integrate information across the enterprise. His current research focus includes master data management, data quality management, metadata management, data governance, and data integration technologies, including ETL and EII. Rob has more than 14 years of data management experience, working in both business and IT roles to develop solutions that provide better quality, confidence in, and usability of critical enterprise data. Prior to joining Forrester, he managed Intuit's enterprise data quality initiatives and supported the implementation of Intuit's customer master reference system. Prior to Intuit, Rob managed the design and development of customer master and attribute management solutions for Cisco Systems. Earlier, Rob was research manager for the global mergers and acquisitions product group at Thomson Financial Securities Data (now Thomson Financial Investment Banking).

Anwar Mirza

Anwar Mirza's background in management accounting, credit management  systems development has allowed him to observe data integrity from various perspectives. He has held various management positions within TNT Express' global head office based in the Netherlands. Responsibilities have included Corporate Financial Systems (Accounting consolidation), Divisional Administration Director (Credit Management) and Back-Office Project Director (Accounting, HR Purchasing). His drive to continually improve business data quality, integrity and timeliness challenges business process owners and software developers alike to enable Data Governance within TNT. Anwar now also leads the Data Governance initiatives along with his other responsibilities.

He has also developed Business Intelligence strategies for operations spanning four continents. His BI work has won two industry awards including "Best Enterprise BI Implementation", from Cognos in 2006 and "Best use of IT in Insurance", from Financial Sector Technology in 2005.
