Mr. Coupe is a Technology Advisor with Shell Services International (SSI). Geoff has worked within the Shell Group of companies for the past 18 years, both within the Exploration and Production business, the Corporate IS function, and now latterly within the IT Services company that is SSI. Amongst his roles in that organisation is that of Technical Architect, and he is involved in the governance of SSI's Technical Architecture and Technology Planning. Dr. Jan Hoogervorst obtained a B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering from the Haarlem Technical College and a M.Sc. in Electrical Engineering from the Delft University of Technology. He subsequently joined KLM Royal Dutch Airlines and served in different management positions in the areas of Aircraft Engineering and Maintenance, Flight Crew Training, and Information Technology, currently as Vice President Corporate Information Strategy.
