Sana Al-Hajj has over 20 years of experience in the information management and technology field. Currently she manages the Service Quality team at the International Finance Corporation (IFC - the private sector arm of The World Bank Group), overseeing the quality of the IT program, the Program Management Office, IT Portfolio Management and Service Level Agreements, Quality Assurance, Data Management, and coordination with other IT units across the World Bank Group. Prior to this role, she managed the delivery of programs for HR and Controllers and served as the Chief Information Security Officer at IFC. Sana is the co-chair of the Engineer Alumni Association and the President of the International College Alumni Association DC Chapter.  She has a D.Sc.& M.Sc in Information Management from George Washington University, and a BA in Business Administration from the American University of Beirut, Lebanon.

Mar Cabra, Spain, is the head of the Data & Research Unit, which produces the organization's key data work and also develops tools for better collaborative investigative journalism. She has been an ICIJ staff member since 2011, and is also a member of the network.  Mar fell in love with data while being a Fulbright scholar and fellow at the Stabile Center for Investigative Journalism at Columbia University in 2009/2010. Since then, she's promoted data journalism in her native Spain, co-creating the first ever masters degree on investigative reporting, data journalism and visualization and the national data journalism conference, which gathers more than 500 people every year. She previously worked in television (BBC, CCN+ and laSexta Noticias) and her work has been featured in the International Herald Tribune, The Huffington Post, PBS, El País, El Mundo or El Confidencial, among others. In 2012 she received the Spanish Larra Award to the country's most promising journalist under 30.

Sue Geuens started in Data Management during 1996 when she was handed a disk with a list of builders on it and told they were hers to manage. Sue mentions this as fate taking over and providing her with what she was "meant to do". Various data roles later, her clients numbered 3 of the top 4 banking institutions in SA, a number of telco's and various pension funds, insurance companies and health organisations. Sue was the initial designer of data quality matching algorithms for a SA built Data Quality and Matching tool (Plasma Mind). This experience has stood her in good stead as she has slowly but surely climbed the ladder in Southern Africa to become the first CDMP in the country. Sue worked tirelessly on starting up DAMA SA with the successful Inaugural meeting in February of 2009. She was unanimously voted as President just prior to this event. From that time on Sue has been the leader and driving force of the DAMA SA Board. Sue has been the DAMAI VP Operations since 2011 and is the DAMA I President for 2014. She is a sought after presenter and has been a prominent speaker at EDW in 2009, 2010, 2011 and 2013, DAMA Brazil, DAMA Australia in 2013 and IRMUK in 2006 and 2011.

Garry Manser has worked in financial services for too many years to mention in a number of different roles. He has been involved with data since 1998 and was introduced to the worlds of governance and quality in 2005. During his career he has worked both in industry and consultancy, across both banking and insurance, with a brief spell in a mine in Seville! Achievements include introducing supporting a number of successful governance frameworks across organisations both at a local level and on a global scale as well as a number of quality initiatives, from the initial monitoring, through root cause analysis and onto remediation, with one role involving introducing circa 200 front end controls to improve data quality at capture.
